Absolutely nothing. It's a traumatic experiences to stay here. STAY AWAY FROM HERE.

Firstly, the owner, who lives nextdoor, has a tendency to be overly controlling. She frequently checks in on the guest house, giving instructions like ensuring the kitchen top is dry and leaving the toilet door open. Other tourists staying there have expressed similar feelings of unease. During a second stay in this guest house after coming back from mountain, this time is gets even worst and I feel the needs to warn other traveller. Upon checking in I have the owner (son) phone number and I messaged him to enquired if he got any rooms available, he said yes and we agreed on the price, and he said he reserved rook for the night for us. We arrived from Mestia, the lady owner (mom) was so clueless and didn't let us go into our room, she wrote her son and waiting her son to reply when we were so tired waiting outside, I called immediately to her son, and her son called her and they seems like yelling each other on the phones, she then told me the rooms are reserved. I told her how is this my problem they double booked and now that we arrived we can't just leave, this caused so much inconvenience to us, she said if we're willing to pay more we can have the room, me and my friend were extremely tired so we just paid what more than what we agreed despite the error being on their end. After settling in, she showed me a closet and told me if I am cold just get the blanket from inside this closet. During checkout she approach me with her stupid tablet and wrote a whole essay to me, you wouldn't believe what she wrote, she wrote: you use extra linen, it's cost 10 lari to wash, you think I am a fool, you think I am stupid, you exposed yourself what country of people you truly are. All these over a bedsheet. I explained to her she's the one asked me to use it in the first place but she don't remember. I packed my thing and leave immediately. This crazy old lady is unbelievable greedy and calculative and make staying here a nightmare. RUN

Very good place to stay in Tbilissi, the host is nice and the place as well, it's clean and beds are confortable

Excellent value for the price. The room and bathroom were clean, and the owner was very kind-hearted. The room did not have air conditioning, but there was a fan, which wasn't even needed because it stayed cool and comfortable. Highly recommend!
