Slightly over looked by other pods. But still have to give property a 10, as met everything we needed.

Not to do with accommodation more so local transport. Recommended to book a taxi for visiting Aberaeron restaurants etc, Taxi's (we called a few) were not available until late 6-7pm, and when prior booked for next day taxi firm cancelled. More information on buses would have been an advantage, as it was a 35 min walk otherwise.
GBIt was a fantastic experience and really enjoyed staying at sea breeze. The accommodation was perfect, very clean and loved the place
