A nice comfortable unit for two people very close to facilities which satisfied our requirements. The upstairs units had an excellent outook.

I think the small milk containers should probably be kept in the fridge.

The manager called us regarding ETA so she could turn the heater on for us as it was starting to get cold which was a lovely gesture was nice to walk into a warm room. We ended up staying an extra night as we were impressed with the service and cleanliness of the place. Very compact room with all you need, bed was very comfortable. The people running the place were lovely always a wave when we would leave. Great location right across the road from the mall.

Road was a little noisy but can't be helped.

Location was perfect. Easy walking distance to town and malls. We had to be relocated to alternative accommodation as there was a water problem with original booking. Unavoidable for hosts who were extremely helpful and relocated our booking without fuss. Hosts kept us well informed with arrangements before our arrival and were very pleasant and helpful. Thank you Kauri Motel for your wonderful service. Will definitely use again xx
