Very clean

Staffs very friendly. Located in a quiet area.

They didn’t maintain the property. Room full of dust like no time no cleanup. You can see the dust n spiders. Hopefully maintain it in a better way as this is a new place.

It was the only hotel at the Serdang area. So it fit the purpose of providing a night stay at the area.

However, the hotel was dirty, full of spider webs, with bad quality (child size) blankets. There was NO chair in the room that we actually have to borrow chairs from the restaurant so that we could do some work using our laptop. Staff was not available all the time, have to keep pressing bell and go search for them (mostly in one of the room) and not at the the front desk.

The air conndition are not good
