Brand new air cond good.

Hygine can be better. Too many bird litter at the balcony. Toilet rolls should be replaced with new one instead leaving only the one left over after the previous guest. No tissue box. Just coffee sachets no tea sachets. Towels too rough.

The staff are helpful.

Not much of facilities. No public transport. No taxi or grab. Not convenient for us that using the public transport. The pool closed for maintenance. The restaurant also closed. A bit disappointed.

I love the provided of coway water filter. We don't have to worry about the hygiene of the kettle, we also have clean drinking water. The view around the resort is good enough. The decoration of the room is good and comfortable.

There is no breakfast provided, so that I think that the price of room is a little bit high. Resort should supply us a piece of soap at the sink. I saw some spider webs hanging on the ceiling, cleaner should take note about that. If there got lift then will be much better. My mum and brother get hurt while using the stairs.

Overall stay was not up pleasant as there were a few issues with the room - toilet fitting was broken, bed was dirty (had some bugs crawling over), aircon was weak and stairs were uneven, not elderly and kids friendly in my opinion. At the end of the trip we were fined 30 ringgit for throwing toilet paper into the toilet bowl as staff shared that we were not allow to do that. There was no breakfast, no sanitary kits (toothbrush, soap, shampoo, hear dryer), even the fridge was mouldy. We did not have much choice as this is the only hotel in town. Will not be coming back to this hotel.

Location is strategic, located near the lake. The lake view is amazing and a walk there is suggested. The room is clean. The ac is very cold and there is a working TV that provides basic entertainment. Overall good.

The room doesn't has chair to sit on, and there are some ants in the bed when I woke up. If you stay on the first floor, do be aware of the stairs on the right side, there is a tiny difference of height between steps.
