The room was very spacious and clean

No staff members came to check if we are safe or not

It was clean.

There was a scent in the property that was a bit off-putting. Please add fragrance diffusers in the room. Linen spray on the sheets.

The design of the apartment

The apartment needs maintenance and better cleaning. The mattresses were not in a good condition and the showers had mould. Bedding and towels is changed every third day only and cleaning is done very shabily. The manager called me after we checked out looking for a pillow.

Beautiful apartment, lots of space. Secure parking and easy access.

Although the apartment was clean and serviced daily, the shower had mould, which is not nice for allergies. The kitchen can use some more utensils.

The team was amazing from Lucinda to our assigned guest relations officer, Mr. Edson who were hands on at our need until the very end. The view was to die for at the 7floor view of both the Table Mountain and the Harbour, which was so picturesque! I would definitely sleep here again value for money.
