Honestly, nothing

. From the first day everything was off, the checking in process is horrible. Two guys came in our room telling us about rules that we already knew and collected R500 as a deposit for any damages. That alone made us so uncomfortable because why there isn’t any reception for such things to be done at. Secondly, the awful smell that was in our room, very disgusting, it was very hard to even consume anything inside the room. Blinds !!! It’s a no, we couldn’t even sleep properly because of the light that was coming in through the blinds We were told the housekeeper will come after 3 days, second day a lady knocks on our door after 3 knocks she attempts to open, why ?!!!!! Why do housekeeper have keys to our rooms?! Isn’t the cleaning supposed to be done after we have checked out ?! We’re definitely not booking this apartment ever again !

No one greeted us at check in or check out despite the fact I followed their request to let them know 30 min in advance of my arrival. Picked up and dropped off the keys with security.
