The place was decent.

The amenities were horrible. No microwave and the the bed was uncomfortable and needed more pillows. Parking was horrible to find.

We did not eat breakfast there.

When I booked the room, I explained that I was booking it for someone else. I asked if they would be able to check in without me and was told that they could. However, when they arrived, the clerk informed them that I had to be there for them to check in. I had to travel to the hotel because they were relegated to sitting in the lobby. I had to leave my program and did not perform my assigned duties due to this. When I arrived at the hotel, the clerk was very rude and argumentative! I asked for the manager, but he refused to call a manager. This was very disappointing because our event is only held annually.

Bad wifi, poor room layout.

Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis (für NY), Metro in Laufdistanz, sowie einige Restaurants. Die Zimmer sind recht klein, das Bad im Verhältnis dazu größer.

Frühstück im Prinzip nicht vorhanden. Die Gegend am Highway/3rd Av ist etwas zwielichtig (für deutsche Verhältnisse), Richtung 4th/5th Av und Prospect Av Station wird es besser.

Gutes amerikanisches Frühstück mit Obst und Joghurt. Den ganzen Tag Kaffee und Säfte. Frühstücksraum als Aufenthaltsraum nutzbar, große öffentliche Toiletten und Sitzplätze an der Rezeption. Großes Badezimmer

Schranktüre geht in die falsche Richtung auf und macht das Zimmer noch kleiner als es schon ist. Es riecht oft nach Canabisrauch vermutlich von den Angestellten. Gepäckaufbewahrung nicht abgeschlossen. Nur Einweggeschirr. Kleines Bett und Steckdose nur auf einer Seite. Duschvorhang.
