Rooms were clean. Bed was comfortable.

No hotel parking available Coffee machine did not work Breakfast didn’t have various food items Location did not seem safe Too expensive for the service proposed

I enjoyed the Peace of mind a comfortability and how clean the facility was

Actually it's too much to type but a staff member walked into my room even while I had to do not disturb tag on it and I explained to her what that meant being that she was Hispanic in which I went downstairs reported it explained it to the gentleman at the front desk and he decided to call the police and said that I was beating him up and harassing him and threatening him and wasted the taxpayers money and had four police cars with a bunch of officers disrespecting me without knowing the situation or what happened. What I did was record the whole incident and it's a bad review so I would suggest that someone get in touch with me about this situation

I stayed for 2 weeks and thought the price was great for what was given. I wouldn't call the Breakfast served here Breakfast but if you wanted something to stop the hunger like a fruit or some juice, that was the extent of the quality. The rooms although spacious and comfortable were questionably clean as the windows from the previous guests children were covered with stickers and crayon markings throughout. When new linen would arrive as per request, although they smelled fresh, were laden with other guests strands of hair and stains including blood spots, which was really quite gross. Otherwise the staff were ok and they respected your privacy which was very important to myself, my guest, and my Cat. I also thought the Hallway areas tile design was very stylish and up to date as well as the heating system in our room during these cold weeks! The area around the hotel, if driving or using Public Transportation, had alot of areas to pick up quick bites and/or groceries with Industry City and WholeFoods blocks away. I'd rate everything at Red Roof a 7.5 🙂.
