Cottage in Wells

Lovely location, clean and tidy, everything we needed

Very nice cottage near to town centre

Spotlessly clean, very comfortable beds and good quality bedding. We didn't cook while there but I could see everything was there if you wished too. Just round the corner from the stunning Cathedral

No toilet upstairs but can see it's not possible with style of property. A handrail on stairs would be useful Shower door is very stiff and sticks

Beautiful location and historic city. Very quaint and felt like home very cosy 😊

The location was brilliant and lucky with parking. Great for visiting the city and experiencing the Well Literature festival.The house has all basic amenities but could be improved aesthetically; the house looks shabby from the outside considering the location.

We were given the wrong door code by booking. Com but fortunately the company who look after property answered phone call promptly to rectify situation.

The house is located very close to everything and walkable which was a bonus. The house was well equipped and comfortable, clean and had everything needed for an enjoyable stay. It was surprisingly quiet as well. Parking is difficult but we managed. Thank you

Property was clean

Damp musty smell horrific and didn't go away on airing the property, the bedding felt damp and there was a horrible smell coming up the plugs. Bathroom smelt of urine and the shower door is almost impossible to open. The shower is incredibly difficult to use. The outside space was incredibly disappointing and we were not aware we would be completely overlooked and have no privacy at all. Even having the back door open meant we were on view. We only stayed 1 night and wouldn't have stayed that long had we arrived when we expected. The folder about the property is so outdated it tells me to put 10p in the electric meter!
