Good location, nice restaurant.

Internet was very slow or had intermittent disconnections. Sewage smell coming from the shower drain.

OK for a short stay

Rather expensive for what it is especially when leaving early and not taking any benefit of the prepaid breakfast. Would have been nice getting a bit of a discount ..

The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. I like it had an iron. Everything was fine except for the hot water availability

They did a great job with the meals. Everything was delicious. The staff was also excellent. Faustin and team were excellent.

Excellent location and comfort, the terrace is a nice part to have a coffee. The attention is superb, wonderful staff, easy to check-in.

Small Boutique hotel. Excellent and personalised service. Fantastic staff. Good location. Great on site bar and restuarant. Bonus of fridge in room. Walking distance from ICC.

The hotel was clean and modern, excellent value, and ideally located for the Convention Centre.

Great staff, decent central location, and quiet comfortable rooms, good restaurant on site.

Severe hot water issues - it was either not working in my room, or not working for the whole hotel.

I loved the staff and the luxury points of the room which made it stand out from other mid-range accommodation in Kigali.
