The Court Boutique Hotel

I loved the view. It was amazing to see the city from my balcony.

I didn’t like that the hot water took 15-20 minutes to get hot. Its a complete waste of water. Also the one of the bathrooms had a terrible smell that wouldn’t go away so we had to keep it closed for the duration of our stay.

Great food at the restaurant (ask for Matteo, the chef).

Overcharged for the room. Converting amount from USD to AUD and I ended up paying $17 more for the room than Booking.com app indicated. Made it clear to reception that I wasn't happy but they didn't budge. I will take it up with Booking.com as this is misleading advertising in my book. I won't use Booking.com till this is resolved.

Very spacious rooms with lots of storage, had an iron & board, really nice bathroom with a rain shower. Friendly and helpful staff (they helped me arrange taxis/airport transfers and let me store my bags after checkout while waiting for my flight).

One night I arrived back late and the gate was locked with no one around so I could not get in. It took 20 minutes of yelling and banging on the gate for someone to show up and let me in.

Didn’t get to stay at property. The view looked great though.

We booked the night and got confirmation. When we arrived, the hotel told us they were full and drove us to some unfinished apartment several blocks away - no view, no tv, no coffee, no WiFi, no restaurant, and walls still not painted. Apartments on booking.com were plentiful and cost $20 on average. This was clearly a scam. I am demanding a full refund.

Clean, comfortable, beautiful! Right next door to Feels coffee studio and a short walk from convention center. Anita and Faustin were extremely kind and helpful- going above and beyond to ensure I had a great stay with Court. Would definitely stay again!
