Fairfield Inn by Marriott Kalamazoo West

Friendly staff. Nice breakfast and clean room.

Room 303 was noisy facing the highway. Also, the bathroom fan was broken and the door would not close as the frame had shifted.

We arrived early because we had tickets to the Air Zoo Kalamazoo, and left our bags there. The Staff people were super kind. Everything was clean, the room was great, and the breakfast this morning was appropriated, fresh and good for a morning meal. The 12:00 at noon hrs for a checkout is wonderful. Next time, we will visit this place again. Thanks to everyone.

Breakfast was ok, coffee was weak.

The refrigerator was loose and fell on my foot when I tried to open it. I wasn't told that I would have to request cleaning service. The message in the bathroom about towels made me think someone would clean/replace used tissue contIner, etc... ame in late and didn't want to ha e someone come I to room. Not thrilled with stay.

The property itself was fine.

I booked through Booking.com and they charged my credit card for my stay even though I had paid through Booking.com previously. I contacted the property at least 10 times and even while I was there four times and they said I would be refunded on my credit card and I never received a refund even though they said it would be done multiple times now. So I double paid for my stay.

Room was clean

Pool was closed. I think they used curtains for top blanket. Was told it would be quiet but sounded like elephants walking above us half the night.
