The front desk staff was very warm and friendly. My room was clean and the desk set up was perfect for getting a little work done

Great breakfast and hotel was surprisingly quiet. The beds were comfy and we enjoyed a great nights sleep!

The property is a bit dated but they did a nice refresh on it.

I recently stayed at the Marriott Kalamazoo and was disappointed with the cleanliness and maintenance of our room. The toilet was not adequately cleaned, and the lid of the commode was unscrewed, which was concerning for both hygiene and safety. We tried to address this by requesting a room change, but unfortunately, our request could not be accommodated. This experience was surprising and disappointing, especially given Marriott's renowned reputation for quality service. I hope this review serves as constructive feedback for the management to ensure better maintenance and cleanliness standards, aligning with the high expectations associated with the Marriott brand. Looking forward to improved experiences in the future.
