Beautifull place in Kazbegi. Host is super friendly, place is very clean and has everything you need. There is also a kitchen which you can use with all the neccessary stuf. Beds are also very comfortable!

I had an amazing experience staying at Gio and Nika’s apartment in Stepantsminda. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and felt right at home. The apartment was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The views from the property were absolutely breathtaking – waking up to the stunning sight of Mount Kazbek every morning was a highlight of the trip. The location is ideal, just a short walk to the town center, restaurants, and local attractions, yet still peaceful and quiet. Gio and Nika were incredibly helpful and kind, always available to answer questions and offer local tips. Their genuine care for guests really sets their place apart. Whether you're in Stepantsminda for hiking, sightseeing, or just relaxing in nature, this apartment is the perfect base. Highly recommend staying here – I’d definitely come back!

You have to walk 5min from the center point of stepsantminda.

The owner was very sweet and pleasant. The fact that we were the only guests on the property worked in our favor since we had little kids with us. She gave us total privacy and did not utter a single word of disapproval when my little kids were being boisterous in the house. The kitchen was fully equipped and I could prepare a fully satisfying meal for my family which we enjoyed in the aesthetically pleasing dining room.

A small attempt at interaction with the house owner was something we were looking forward to. We wanted to know about the country and their culture. But the owner would be holed up in her room all the time and we felt hesitant to go knock on her door for every little help we needed - like how to operate the washing machine, where to find certain things like detergent etc. It's still something that can be ignored for the gorgeous views and the impeccably clean house we were lucky to stay in.
