The guesthouse is really beautiful, the garden in front, the decoration in the house and the overall ambience. The owner greeted us with a smile and was really sweet. The guesthouse feels like a real home with a well-equipped kitchen free-to use. There is also free coffee and tea. The room was comfy and clean, there is plenty of space and natural light.

The place is a 15-minute walk from the place where the minibusses arrive, and it's uphill, so it might not be the most convenient for everyone.

This guesthouse is a perfect choice for your stay in Stepantsminda. It is very clean and comfortable, you have there everything what is needed, you can play chess or read interesting books. It is possible to use the garden, and rest there with a view on Kazbek in the good weather! And host is very kind and cheerful, as well as beautiful big dog!

Beds too soft, missing curtain in the shower.

Clean and comfortable beds. The property is also not far from center of kazbegi and it took only 10-12 minutes to reach hypermarket.

Everything is good, if they put television inside the apartment then it would be more nice especially when kids have to stay in during rain. But still I recommend this property
