Lincolville's First Schoolhouse!

Very charming great attention to detail.

The house was perfect, meticulously clean, well-kept and stocked with everything we needed. The decor was charming to accent the area historical nature of the home. All the appliances and practical necessities' were brand new. The beds and pillows were better than what I have in my own home, I slept perfect. The lay out allows for multiple beds yet there is still plenty of room in the home. The back porch has a hot tub and sitting area that was wonderful to come home to as the weather had dipped to quite chilly. The agent upon request provided lists of good restaurants in the area (the Floridian is amazing).

There was nothing I did not like. Do be aware that many places are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.

I loved the location of the property in proximity to the historic district, the distillery/winery, and other amazing food/drinks. We were a quick walk to everything (St. George street, the college, Night of Lights, anything and everything!). We did not have to drive anywhere but our favorite breakfast place that recently moved from the neighborhood. Lincolnville is a great enclave of residential homes. Great historic neighborhood with lots to see/learn! The home itself has so much in a small footprint. Very comfortable space, fit our family of 3 perfectly and was very clean. One of our favorite homes we have ever rented. The beds were very comfortable as well! Nice courtyard out back or front porch to enjoy coffee or wine. We cannot wait to come back!

This little house has everything you need. It is adorable and very comfortable. Would like to have 1 more bathroom, but other than that the place is beyond words. They supply everything that you want to make the stay very comfortable. It's great that you can make your own meals if you choose not to go out and save some money. Also, you can walk to the beautiful light area and not pay $20 for parking. Hot tub was a surprise perk. Full size fridge and washer/dryer. Can't say enough about this property. It is 10+++

Very cute house and decor. Also the house was very clean and comfortable. It was the perfect choice for a quick weekend in St Augustine!

Water wasn't hot enough to shower. Luke warm at best and the upstairs area was a little warm.

The cottage was beautiful and the historic decorations were perfect. The beds and linens were excellent quality and very comfortable. It was stocked with everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting St. Augustine.

Beautifully decorated and so cozy with all the amenities! The owner was very nice and quick to respond with any questions. My only complaint is that we didn't stay longer!
