Frog Beach House

Beautiful resort, clean, comfortable, great food in restaurant, located on the beach, taxi service.

Sheets and towels were changed daily which felt unnecessary, but the shower wasn't cleaned properly and there was strange red splatter on the rough concrete walls near the sink. Staff weren't very friendly.

Room was okay. Very simple but nice bedding and AC. Thought the units were on the beach but actually up a path away from the beach.

The staff seemed ambivalent toward us. I lost a shoe (dog took it) and they just shrugged their shoulders about it. Went back a week later to see if it turned up and they seemed annoyed and said they’d looked but it wasn’t there. Turned out it was just behind our unit the whole time, so definitely no one looked.

The staff was the sweetest! Masseuse does the best Thai massage in the world. The whole facility was super clean, houses cleaned everyday. Food amazing, cook was open to prepare food individually for one allergic person. The beach very clean, wild, intimate with little people but very friendly! The possibility to organise trip to different reefs and islands by Mr. Trip was very comfortable. Owners had contacts to tuk tuk drivers which was also useful. During the day you could find Greta waves to have fun or to try surfing courses nearby. Totally recommend Frog! ~family of 10

During our 6night stay, there where few days with stingy creatures in the water. It has nothing to do with the accomodation but it is useful to know what to expect from the water in Koh Payam while travelling with kids. One thing that we lacked during our staying was a place with light turned on during night to play boardgames in the evening. When bar closed, the lights turned down.

Nice Family and excellent food on a super sunset spot!!!
