Frog Beach House

Everything is fantastic about this place. I stayed in a deluxe aircondition bungalow with hotwater in the shower. The bed was comfortable and it was a Nice sleep every night. The wifi was fast enough. The staff was wonderful Gop made so good food. The taste of Everything is amazing. Rob The Aussie gentleman is so friendly and such a interesting person with alot of life experience, so Nice to chat with him. Nok The manager is running The place in a great way. Always friendly and knows Everything about blueberries:-) even The dog was so Nice and calm and respectful to The visitors. The Frog house is situated on a very long beach about 3 km. And you can swiml to The reef and you can borrow snorkling equipment for free. I heard a maybe in The future they going to sell kites and also be the host for phayams international kite festival. Looking forward to come back and enjoy flying kites on The Lovely sunset beach :-)

I stayed to shorts time only 8 days. I think 2 weeks is minimum maybe a month is much better.

Everything! Staff were absolutely brilliant, food and drinks delicious and reasonably priced, nice big rooms, outdoor bathroom had mosquito netting so it was safe to use at night! Garden is well kept and leads directly to a spectacular beach.

The location is at the North end of Long Beach, with many bars and restaurants in the area. If you go for a Superior or Luxury bungalow, you'll have a decent, brick house to stay in. Note that only the Deluxe bungalow has a warm shower and airconditioning. The ensuite bathroom with warm shower was kind of a delight after spending my time at places with cold showers before. All the other ones are wooden houses that are the most common on the island. They were fine for me at another resort, so they are probably fine here too, but the difference could explain the mixed reviews for this resort. There's a nice dining area to have breakfast and meet others in the front, looking out onto the beach. The staff was nice enough to me. Maybe not as service oriented as you find at some places. Some of the notices on the walls may be perceived as unfriendly (you break this, you pay that). Laundry was quick!

The cleaning staff is quite loud in the morning and woke me up shouting and singing next door. Even the Deluxe bungalow is a duplex, meaning you'll hear noise coming from the other room.

The mattress was really uncomfortable, everything in the room was pretty old and used. Unfortunately I woke up with bites on my legs, which I had for several days, so I am afraid there are bed bugs.
