TTI Hotel in Ulaanbaatar

We had to do an early check-in and the management was able to assist us.

Breakfast was provided only from 8am and the guest had to swarm before the break fast area (added picture), which was not a great experience

Comfortable room with very friendly and attentive staff/management... Very willing to assist with all enquiries and request... Well done..

Breakfast selection was very limited and literally the same each day... Needs to be expanded and varied... Location is not the greatest, but it creates a "good value for money option"

I can say although the hotel staff members were able to speak a little English only, they did their very best to sort my problems out.

First of all in my room there was no aircon so it was really hot. From my understanding none of the rooms of this hotel has an aircon which is a big minus. I asked a fan and I was given one. Another big minus is the location. Getting to the city center by bus takes around 30 minutes. But it might take up to 50 minutes or more depending on the traffic jam. Breakfast is good but too basic. There was no bread and there was no milk. I had to bring my own milk and bread. The check-in procedure was bad and slow. It took around 40 minutes because their POS didn't properly work. Both my Mastecard and Union Pay cards weren't accepted. A second POS was used.
