"A cozy hotel experience"

The fireplace makes the room quite comfortable and cozy. TV had several streaming options. The receptionists were kind and cooperative. My partner accidentally left her bracelet in the bathrobe and the receptionist called to inform us that they found the item in our room.

A certain smell in the bathroom cannot explain what kind of smell it was but it was definitely not pleasing.

The room was very comfortable and the staff was friendly.

Card payment was not possible and the breakfast was not so much to our taste. But if you like English breakfast, you’ll love it 😄

"Nice place to stay for a short trip or stopover in UB."

Really nice front desk staff, though not strong English speakers. They went out of their way to get us a cab to the airport on the morning of our departure. They also prepared breakfast for us to eat in our room.

Our unit could have used an A/C unit and the kitchen area would have been enhanced with a few dishes and utensils.
