SMITH'S HOMESTAY

一如既往的好，最喜欢这里有家一样的氛围，房子后院有个湖，周边还有当地美食，房间床垫很舒服，我刚好有准备一次性床单和枕套睡上去更完美，因为这里比较炎热，打空调也要通风顺畅，纱窗真的很棒

每天24小时服务，房间有纱窗，可以通风换气，空调超级静音，房费如果付美金，剩余款老板可以找圭亚那币，民宿老板热情好客每天都能满腔热情对待每一位住客，真的很棒，早餐煎鸡蛋超好吃，附近有超市及中餐馆本来是住一晚的，后来又续住四晚。

The Lady who did the cooking was very polite, the food was good, but I got an allergy with some prawns they put in the food, my lips were swollen badly, no one cares about my safety. SMITH the owner of the place is rude, no empathy or sympathy, they offer free shuttle on the website ,but he said it was not from him, so whilst I was at the airport he said just cancel the room. Share bathroom is not indicated in the website. SMITH HAS ZERO CUSTOMER CARE APTITUDE.please do not go to that place, you will regret it. That was the worst experience I have ever made in Guyana. This guy needs to be trained properly on customer service, communication and hotel management.

Owner was extremely disrespectful and was told it not a hotel or Airbnb i never heard there was rules of certain time you have to be home im on vacation and dont seem why it wrong to get back to the place you pay for at a certain time and owner complained about everything dont recommend going at all . BEWARE THE OWNER IS VERY DISRESPECTFUL

PAID MY MONEY TO STAY THERE AND HE SHOULD HAVE STATED ON A POLICY WHAT TIME TO YOU HAVE TO BE HOME THERE SHOULDNT BE A ARGUMENT AND COMPLAIN FREE LAUNDRY AND WHEN YOU ASK TO START THE MACHINE he STARTS YELLING YOU CANT BOSS HIM AROUND I SIMPLY JUST ASK FOR YOU TO START THE MACHINE SINCE YOU DONT WANT CUSTOMER TO USE THE MACHINE ON THERE OWN

The space is pretty cool and has character . There were 2 other guests but it was obvious. Actually had a great chat with them . But the property inside has a charm to it . Open and airy. The star is the host who is warm and friendly and a local , so you get the vibe of actually being in Guyana . The host was very accommodating and me the stay feel very micasa sucasa. I would stay here again and again .
