SMITH'S HOMESTAY

The breakfast was amazing. The hosts was amazing. My family & I enjoyed every moment. Very helpful & kind people. I would go there again & again & again. That pace makes you feel like home. They love having kids which was a plus for me.

There was nothing to dislike everything was awesome. Place was clean & spacious. You can use everything there. A/C was control by me so i wasn't bothering anyone with the cold. We had good views & there were shops near by very convenient. Transportation was close by & very easy to get.

It’s clean and worth the price. The owners are extremely friendly and hospitable. They went above and beyond their duties as hosts to take care of us. Elvis the owner drove us to different locations around town and to the ATMs multiple times to withdraw money. He even loaned us 15,000 Guyanese dollars which is around $75. We paid him back at the end lf the day of course. That is just to show you how nice they were. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

We stayed during the Cricket World Cup, it was a perfect location for easy access to the Providence stadium and for checking out the rest of Georgetown. Elvis and Claudia couldn’t do enough to ensure we had a great visit, such friendly people who made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived up until we left. The rooms were comfortable and all communal areas were clean and tidy, with a lovely breakfast served each morning for us.

I have no complaints about the property, it’s great value for moneys

Place was very dirty. I did not stay there. I had to pay the cancelation fee, but I could not stay at a dirty place. The pictures that they show are far from true.

The biggest advantage of this facility are its owners. Very friendly, helpful, offering also at fair prices transport by car both for sightseeing in the city and to the airport. While as for the property itself, its standard is quite low (more in line with airbnb than booking.com). Very neglected, full of makeshift, shoddy and low-quality solutions. The walls in the rooms are wooden and there are cracks in places. The kitchen, toilet, bathroom and living room are for the common use of all guests and the owners' family. The breakfast offered by the hosts is tasty and nutritious. You can also use the kitchen yourself and cook for yourself. Good air conditioning and wifi.

Kitchen and bathroom are not very clean.
