De aankleding en de lunchkaart. Super mooie tuin, vriendelijk personeel. Goed ontbijt. Goede plek om rondreis Sumatra te starten.

Dat de administratie niet klopt. Wilde lunch bij uitchecken nogmaals factureren. Speciaal verzocht om vroeg in te checken. Dit was akkoord maar moesten alsnog 2 uur wachten voor de kamer omdat deze schoongemaakt moest worden. Echter de kamer die we kregen is in die tijd niet schoongemaakt, we stonden ervoor te wachten. Erg vervelend na een lange vliegreis.

Wunderschöne Ruhe Oase inmitten von Medan! Ich habe hier zwei Nächte zum Abschluss meiner Sumatra Reise verbracht und kann es wärmstens empfehlen. Das Personal war sehr nett und ich konnte sogar kostenfrei mein Zimmer wechseln um weiter von der Straße entfernt zu sein.

- Beautiful setting, it really feels like a peaceful oasis in the middle of the city - Lovely clean and spacious room, the staff went to the effort of decorating our bed beautifully for our wedding anniversary: thank you for this! - The food in the restaurant was delicious, we ate really well there - Most of the staff were very friendly

- One or two reception staff were not helpful at all and did not seem to know the answers to any of our questions whenever we asked them anything. We ended up sorting our own transfers and resolving problems we had, ourselves for this reason. - Their tours and organised transfers are extremely overpriced - Hot water took a very long time to run in bathroom - Deck chairs around the swimming pool could do with updating as they are extremely uncomfortable! Note that the call to prayer can be heard very loudly every couple of hours from all over the resort including in the rooms, and this starts as early as 4:30am. This was not a problem for us but might disturb light sleepers.

Tolle Gartenanlage mit gepflegtem Pool. Zum Flughafen Medan kann man gut mit dem Grab fahren- ganz hervorragend für ein oder zwei Nächte vor dem Abflug. Das Deluxe Cottage( wir hatten ein ganz neues im oberen Teil) war toll.

Super vriendelijke mensen! Prachtig hotel & echt aan alles gedacht! Dank!
