Breakfast was first class with great menu Location of house was convenient to all shops etc Patrick and all staff so friendly Plenty of parking

Hot water in sink tap was not hot just warm room 16 Outlook over the golf course was very nice Bed very comfortable and clean Nice tea and coffee tray with bottled water, which we got topped up as we stayed for three nights Nothing was too much trouble from Patrick and staff The lift to second floor was very clean and efficient The house in general was very clean and tidy and the outside area’s, with a nice outside seating area

Very friendly host. A very warm informative welcome on arrival. Comfortable bed and a nice big telly. Good shower and great heating. Lovely clean room that was very relaxing. Great breakfast. Good food. Good location. Easy to walk into town and a petrol station almost opposite with a well stocked shop. Great under cover sitting area outside with a cute cat for company. Nice big carpark that felt secure.

Everything was great. A little holder for shower gel, etc within shower cubicle would be a good idea, but not essential.

Everything in this guesthouse was perfect. Location to town centre was good - close to restaurants and bars. The host Pat was very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was perfect on both mornings and a good choice was available. The room was spotless clean and the bed was clean and comfortable.

I appreciate our stay is out of season and we were both disappointed to miss out on the bar and food. We were told locally that the food is good in this bar and going by the breakfasts we had I can believe this. We will return for a weekend stay just to try the bar and food.😜

Wifi in the rooms a little temperamental and it would have been good to be able to access Netflix etc.
