Location good. Quiet and relaxing. The town itself and people are lovely. Very pleasant stay.

Very friendly and welcoming staff from you first arrive and throughout Paddy took time to greet you at breakfast with a smile and ask how you are all the staff seem very young but really friendly and helpful

Good location, just a 10 minute walk to the promenade. Food was excellent and not overpriced. The cooked breakfast was a great start to the day. Staff were very attentive and nothing seemed too much trouble to them. The bed was clean and comfortable. All in all, an enjoyable stay.

The hotel rooms are slightly dated by todays' high standards and the operating hours were slightly limited for the bar and restaurant.

Breakfast was lovely, beds are very comfortable. Staff are really lovely, especially the young girl who served breakfast. Walking distance to Newcastle.

Need a shelf and hooks in the bathroom for toiletries and towels.

The place was really nice and quiet. The people were adorable and very welcoming. They serve a delicious breakfast. I recommend this place with no hesitation.

The Breakfast was excellent and the Staff were great ,we could not complain.Very Satisfactorily.

Rooms comfortable and we slept well as the beds were so comfortable, The view of the Mourns were terrific
