Victoria’s Place

The place was not cleaned properly when we arrived. -The pots and kettle were SOOOO dirty we could not use those at all during our stay. -The place did not smell nice it was stuffy. My sister developed an allergy. - The sofas had stains and were not in good condition we did not feel comfortable using them.So we did not sit on any sofa the entire stay - The outside / garden of the house was was not in good condition as well yet VERY close to the entrance. The bushes we not trimmed, it was not a welcoming site at all and made us feel unsafe - WORST OF ALL the first night we called the owner to let her know the place is not in good condition and ask if she has another property that's clean to put us in (we even shared pictures of the dirty pots and kettle and unkept outside) she SHOUTED at us, was COMPLETELY rude and unprofessional. Tried to guilt trip us and say because she gave us early parking we should not be complaining about the bad condition of the house. THEN she told us to leave and she will send our money back but when we tried to contact her again about that offer she had blocked our number and never got back to us. She had also mentioned she will send a cleaner the next day but NEVER did. Overall THE WORST accommodation experience I have ever had.

Terrible communication. I've asked several times for an invoice so I can claim the cost back from my employers. Keep ignoring me. Was quite kurt when I asked a question. Very little utensils. Had to wait until quite late for the cleaning to be completed. I would not recommend dealing with these hosts.
