Great property, very private

The accommodations are great and the staff is really good. Lázaro, the groundskeeper is very attentive and helpful. We continue to come back to Casa Luna and he is always very welcoming.

During our last stay, Casa Luna ran out of water. We were out of water for one whole day and night before our departure.

This hotel is NOT 3.5 stars anywhere in the world. Perhaps 2? No staff on property, no tv, no wifi, no telephone to call, view is over parking lot, bed squeaks to the point you can’t sleep. No place to put clothes. No lock on the door (from inside). Hotels.com needs to go visit and downgrade the property to the 1 or 2 stars it deserves (and obviously the price too). It is frankly soo disappointing to go to a property that misrepresents its service levels.

What a gem of a place to stay! Friendly staff, dog friendly with no fee (thank you!!!), clean, and quiet. I wish we could have stayed longer. Oh, and don't miss out on the fantastic wine!

Beautiful property and accommodation. We loved our breakfast, hot shower, beds were comfortable, and room was comfortable! Good fan and air conditioning as well as nice decor. Rustic and chic. We greatly enjoyed our tasting with the host, she was lovely and studying as a sommelier which was awesome! Lovely wine as well. We loved the dog on property as well. The breakfast chef was fun and great chilaquiles, my favorite in Mexico so far. The staff arranged a taxi for us back to town as well. Valle de Guadeloupe is wonderful.

The only thing we were missing was possibly a jacuzzi or pool but that’s not necessary.

We loved how quiet and beautiful the property is. We were able to take nice long walks through the vineyards in the morning. It was also very clean! Would definitely stay again.
