Location was great. Everything is so close. If you want to go by foot great, if you want to use public transport stations are so close. Also you have a parking spot in the garage, amazing! The owner was so helpful and nice. Apartment is so cozy and nice. I really recommend.

The check-in instructions were sent online at the morning. There were detailed enough and we had no issues with the check-in. The location is in walking distance from the city center and the main tourist attractions. There are also stops of meny buses, trams and metro just next to the hotel. It was quiet enough during the night. Free and very nice underground parking with personal parking spot.

The small street where the building is, is quite dirty and smells bad. The apartament was not cleaned very well. There were dirty glasses, some dust and hairs, but it wasn't too bad and we were OK.

Access to the apartment was easy, but it was never as clean as in the comments. There was dust everywhere. I had to constantly clean for my 2-year-old son's hygiene.

Great flat to spend few days in Budapest. Everything perfect :)
