The location is ok, you can reach St Stephan Cathedral in 20-30 minutes on foot, basically you are 20-40 minutes walking to any touristic interest point in Budapest. There is no physical interaction with any host, this can be a good or a bad thing based on your personal preferences. The apartment have everything you might need in the kitchen, tv, air conditioning. There is enough space, rooms are big.

Cleaning should definetly be improved. Dust was not cleaned, the shower curtain was a Petri dish, absolutely disgusting. The walls can take a new paint. No slippers provided. The vacuuming was done superficially. We traveled with a baby and we asked for a cot. We were told there is availability but only if we pay a fee. We paid 5 euro per night. When we arrived, there was no cot in the room so I had to contact them again. Each time I wrote to them over booking.com i felt like i was disscussing with a different person. They were not sure/aware that we had a smartlock and not a keybox. It seemed that they didn’t know the place very well. When we got back to the room, they provided the cot but the instructions were thrown on the floor. There was no sheet provided for the baby cot. Constantly, there was a strong noise, from time to time, like a door being slammed or like a big metal box being dropped. Luckily, the noise was missing at night. The communication with the host was not the best, also the checkin experience is lacking.

Intrarea in imobil, in apartament si in garaj se face prin mijloace electronice. Desi codul de intrare in imobil a functionat, usa nu s-a deschis, a trebuit sa astept sa iasa cineva. Telecomanda de la garaj nu a functionat intreg sejurul, pierzand mult timp cu parcarea sau iesirea din parcare. Tot timpul a trebuit sa astept sa iasa sau intre cineva. Am trimis mesaj cu problema, raspunsul fiind unul generat de AI, fara a oferi o solutie.

It was spacious, and close to good food. Not really in the city center, but really close, and we loved the proximity. You have all the facilities you will need.

It could have been a bit cleaner, but the rest was excellent.

The location was perfect for exploring Budapest. Locally there are small convenience stores (Lidl and Spar) and many restaurants within just a couple of minutes walk. The apartment was clean and spacious, beautifully decorated, well equiped with and very quiet. Beds and duvets were very comfortable. Communications were brilliant and instructions for accessing were easy to follow. Budapest quickly became one of our favourite cities and the apartment played its part in making this trip one of our best ever city breaks.

The kitchen was very modern but needed a better set of basic utensils if it is to be a place where meals can be prepared. Easily remedied. The other recommendation would be to produce an on line welcome and instruction booklet - how to use the induction hob, coffee machine, heating, etc together with an inventory as it's stated that anything missing will be charged for but it isn't clear what should be in the apartment. Small issues for an otherwise brilliant apartment. Go, you will not be disappointed.
