I booked the apartment with a balcony, as it was stated in several places in the listing and shown in the photos, which indicated that the apartment indeed had a balcony. Upon arrival, I discovered that there was no balcony. Due to inaccurate advertising on Booking, I was misled, as I would never have reserved the apartment if it had been correctly advertised. After submitting my complaint, the balcony was removed from the listing description, and I was offered a refund of around 10% of the total amount, which I consider insufficient for such a case. You could also improve the cleanliness. There was dirt behind the washing machine, and cobwebs were present in the corners near the floor.

Die Lage ist super, man kann alles fußläufig machen. Es war ruhig und sehr wohnlich. Der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage ist super.

Die Küche ist seeehr sparsam ausgestattet und uns wurde ein Reisebettchen für unser Kind zugesagt, welches nicht da war. Es war relativ sauber, allerdings waren wir mit Krabbelkind da und da merkt man dann doch schnell wenn nicht so ordentlich gewischt wurde weil Knie und Hände schwarz werden ;)

De douche en het bad ,internet, wasmachine keuken,bed . Communicatie.

Vrlo dobra lokacija i garažno mesto je velika prednost.

Nije bilo papuča,a hladan je pod.Nema tiganja,nema u čemu da se skuva domaća kafa.Nije nam rečeno da moramo da platimo 30 eura za parking u garaži,a taj novac nam se posle vraća posle odjave iz apartmana.Sitnice koje kvare utisak.
