Good for the price

TV was unwatchable

it was the most unsafe i’ve ever felt, insects were crawling on my pillows. The worst stay I’ve had in Bali yet.

For the price you really can't go wrong. The room was clean with a decently comfy bed and no bad smells (couple of light stains on bed linen but nothing disgusting) and had AC. You get bedside lights too which is a rarity in Bali at this price. Rooms are painted in a dark yellow but have big windows so still pretty light inside. Water pressure and temperature is good even on 3rd floor. There's nice outdoors areas to chill, a pool, very friendly and helpful staff. There's even a tiny shared kitchen with a pan and hob if you need.

Painting the rooms white would make them lighter and feel more premium. There are no trash bins in the outdoor areas - I didn't want the staff to have to clean up after me but not much choice.

It depends on what you're looking for... the room smells of mold, there is mold on the walls and the sheets do not smell good and the truth is they are not clean. I have put my scarf on top of the mattress. The air-conditioning is no good. I won't be back again.
