The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I couldn't fault the service. The apartment was very nicely decorated and clean. It was perfect for our needs. I would recommend staying here when in Tromso. The centre is a short walk.

Very modern and clean. Spacious for a family of 4

We missed pillows as two of us sleep with two pillows. When asking the reception, one additional pillow was given, without pillow case. The pillow case was not brought any of the following days nor the additional pillow. The ventilation machine is extremely loud, the entire time. We had to sleep with earplugs due to the machine. The hot water runs out for the fourth person. So take quick showers.

House Is Huge, Modern and everything is tidy, and it’s a warm house.

Hot water supply wasn’t sufficient for 7 people, probably sufficient for 4 persons? And you need to wait for 1-2 hours to have another round of hot water.
