LILA Lake Isle Luxury Aparthotel

Great location, ensuite rooms, good communal area/kitchen.

Heavy doors very noisy with children in the apartment but understand they are fire doors.

We loved the view from the apartment. The beds were very comfortable and the aparthotel was clean.

We would have preferred a representative to be present on the premises as we had a few things which we needed to speak to someone about. We only had 2 keycards and there were 5 in the group. We didn't have enough plates and bowls although when we phoned these were supplied. We felt that it lacked attention to detail for being advertised as luxury. The sinks plugs in the on suites let water seep out therefore we could not fill the sink with water. We were only given one tea towel, with no hand towel being provided and one bin bag was only provided for 5 people. It would have been nice to have our towels replaced during the week, although I'm sure if we had phoned this would have been done.

3 bedrooms , all ensuite bathrooms , towels, bedlinen , iron & board , handsoap all provided , able to walk down to lake for a lovely walk, short drive to the centre of sligo

The staff were excellent (Ian was really helpful). The location was perfect for us and the view was fabulous.

With summer guests it would be useful to have hangers in the closets. Also the dishwasher wasn't working so a dish rack would have been handy for the dishes.

Great size for our group of 5 with ensuite bathrooms in each room. Kitchen had pots and pans, plates, cups, and silverware. The kitchen, dining, living area was cozy and a decent size. The view of the lake was beautiful. Because it was summer time, the campus was empty. The laundrette was right across the parking lot, which was incredibly convenient.

The one spatula was broken, so I had to hold the head to cook.
