The TV and bed were okay

The check-in is a complete mess, nobody at the reception, then finally some security guard that was running behind another 4 cases and made us wait a very long time, just to finally being able to do the check-in manually by taking a pic of the document. Cockroaches and insects swarming the place. It's a big problem, they are everywhere and make your stay an horror movie. The area is considered unsafe to walk by locals. And corridors around the flat have constant bad smell.

They have laundry stand and iron for clothes 7. High speed wifi 8. They have 2 pairs of slippers 9. They have 4 pillows and more than 5 hangers 10. There is more bed you can pull out under the bed

1. Thin curtains, sink and toilet easily get clogged. 2. Noisy airplane every 10-15 mins, kinda scary when you’re in swimming pool. 3. Buying tickets to be able to go swimming, 150 php each for weekdays and 300 php for weekends. 4. I think one time the life guard is smoking and i hate it while sitting in the chair near the pool. 5. Microwave not functioning 6. I can’t cook in 2 stove in the same time. One pan is too big 7. We can’t adjust the heater for the water in the bathroom too hot. 8. We can’t open the Netflix 9. The blankets are too thin compare to the thin curtains 10. Buying tickets you need to go to the billing admin and walk for 3-5 mins and wait there to be called and pay together with other people paying for their condo bills like water, electricity and etc. Can’t swim the pool easily

The location is perfect, enough restaurants and supermarkets nearby, the Mall 20min walk or 5min with the car. Air-conditioning worked great, checking in was fast, and the building was neat.

Overall, we had a great and pleasant stay. The host was very communicative and checked in from time to time to see how our stay was going. Visitors were allowed, which was a plus, and the place itself was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The location was also very convenient — close to key spots and easily accessible.

It was a bit smaller than I initially expected, but it still comfortably accommodated the four of us.

Its location was perfect l, close to everything I needed, and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and had all the amenities I required for a comfortable stay.
