That’s a really convenient place to stay in Manila. The apartament is quite new, well-equipped and the owner helps in every situation. The apartament is small, but clean and cosy. I would definitely recommend it.

Good security, clean, grocery store across the street, nice pool area, lot of Chinese restaurants in walking distance and the massive Mall of Asia nearby. The apartment was clean and neat. My host Marvin was very friendly and helpful. In addition I'd recommend the Grab Taxi app for safe and hassle-free travel.

Close to the Mall of Asia, various shops, and restaurants, with fast food delivery available. It's a 20-minute taxi ride from the airport. The room is clean and the appliances are as expected.

Loud noise due to airplanes flying overhead, sometimes as frequent as once every 10 minutes. The bed is quite narrow for two people.

The location was good. The property has great security. The room was very clean, and quite nice.

The bed was not great. It was too small for two grown adults, and the 1 blanket was child size. No extras were found in the apartment. We didn't sleep very well.

The location is at moa so its really walking distance to go. near airport and near pitx just 1 cab away. The place is very secured since it's in a residence. Very well maintained. Has near markets restaurants and etc.. Although its a studio type they have a sofa bed and another extra bed so its very accomodating for the family. The kitchen is very equiped didnt had a hard time for my staying for 15 days. Has rice cooker , toaster, microwave, boiler and a ref too ..plates and basic needs are there even can openers scissors and knife. Cleaning materials also and even a vaccum. Its like your staying in ur house. Has washing macchine ready to. Showers and water running is good not too hot its perfect. The aircon is huge so the place gets cool immediately. The only thing was missing was clothing racks for the wash clothings . But if ur not staying as long as i did its ok. Our staying went so amazing and the owner is very responsive with everything i asked. Very approachable and friendly. I highly reccomend this place to stay.
