GBGBThe location. A nice quiet area about 15minutes outside of Great Yarmouth.
The property was full of ants. The owner was apparently told in the morning by her cleaner and yet still proceeded to not contact us. We travelled two and a half hours in two cars, with a 6 month old. The booking was for a child but no communication was made as we would have cancelled. It just ruined our weekend. The Ants were coming out of kitchen cupboard and all over the sink and drainer. Moving into the bedrooms and under the bedding! It was awful!! Very very disappointing. We left obviously. Also the caravan had no hot water!

No contact number in caravan, when we had a problem with gas supply, we had to search Google for a number. Instructions outside with gas bottles could have been helpful for switching supply - should there have been a FULL gas bottle connected on arrival ??
GBClean, comfortable, good bed and nice linen. Little extras included of tea, coffee, sugar, hand soap, toiletries and towels. Very peaceful. Great facilities, including multi golf and use of pool. Fabulous barn1 restaurant on site too for breakfast or lunch. Good base to explore surrounding area.
Could do with a light outside as had to use torch with nights drawing in, but no bother really.
