Staff behaviour and unprofessional ethics

I like the picture in your portal, but the host and the facilities are no where to be find.

Please do not put images to attract customers, its a trap for new visitors in mumbai, the place are no where to be find and the host are not even helpful to assist and guide where the place is located. VALIDATE FIRST YOUR APARTELS PRIOR TO LISTING THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE.

Location

The room was entirely different from that shown in the website and much smaller also.

No access to property and possibility of payment because of a dumb system of payment, not professional

Cockroaches were found; Extremely bad and confusing communication from the staff on WhatsApp. Hairs in the pillow. Towels were smelly.

Location of the property is fine and easy to reach. Boys at the property do their job efficiently, Security Guards available. Good Kitchen Set up with all necessary utensils. Restaurants nearby. Zomato, Blinkit delivery is quick and easy.

Cleaning of the room was done properly but we needed a bit more. We had to request for change of bedsheet, comforters; which was done quickly. Pillows there are in dire need of replacement, they were dirty, they changed the covers on asking. Cleaning is done once a day. Windows locks were broken and we weren't able to close on the first night, it was repaired next day. Altogether a good experience.

Facilities inside the house. All needs of a traveller have been thought of and provided for.

Location....in a very congested spot, no signages outside to help a new comer to the area, to locate the house..... sagardeep name of bungalow does not show up on Google maps
