Room was spacious for a family

Too many problems. In house kitchen needs hours to prepare food No room slippers provided in a region like kodaikkanal where the temperature was almost freezing. We planned for early checkout, we were informed that there was no power and there is no generator for backup. Had to rely on hot water from kitchen that took about an hour to be provided after informing them.

The stay was good, with an excellent view from the terrace. The Manager, Mr. Sakti, was always available to help and guide us. The only drawback we noticed was the absence of a cupboard to store our belongings. The food served was also good. Overall, it was a good stay.

"Great value for money stay, and great staff !"

The staff was very welcoming, and tried to accommodate me as best they could. It was easy to book tour guides and ride to bus stop. The view from the deck is also good (when weather permits)!

A little far from the bus stop, possible to walk but ride probably better.
