Nothing at all. The property tried to collect payment outside Booking.com through GPay and Razorpay, which made the experience stressful even before arrival. There was nothing positive about how they handled the booking.

⭐ 1/5 — Unprofessional and misleading experience I had a confirmed booking at Misty Valley Inn, but soon after, they messaged asking me to pay ₹500 in advance via GPay to “confirm” a better room. When I said I don’t trust sending money directly, they later sent a Razorpay link instead. After I questioned this practice and mentioned it goes against Booking.com policies, they abruptly cancelled my reservation. Very disappointing and unprofessional behaviour — no guest should be pressured to pay outside the platform. Definitely not recommended.

The stay was perfectly good ..!! Good view with balcony..!! Staff was very frenly & helpful and the breakfast was very delicious 😋 as home made food ..!! Recommended for all family & couples ..!! Hope will visit again..!! Thanks for MISTY VALLEY INN
