Modern Guest house with private entrance

Easy access, quiet, comfortable, value for money. Very convenient from M6 & M56.

Bed wasn’t very comfortable, not enough milk, shower not very powerful but it was fine. Think they could do away with the fridge or if keep it, put a pint of milk in it. The fridge would be ideal of staying a few nights otherwise not necessary.

Comfortable, clean, quiet, and great value. I'd book again without hesitation.

It's essentially a single self contained room built in the owner's garden, so if you're looking for a traditional hotel, this probably isn't for you.

The hot water for the shower didn’t warm up quite enough.

Very cosy room in a quiet area. It was ideal for our late arrival at the Manchester airport. Everything was clean and there were all the amenities that you can expect. We slept beautifully and were fully recharged the day after. I would highly recommend this place for any traveller willing to visit the area or just passing by.

Great comfortable accommodation, the bed was comfy and the shower was good. We appreciated the water, tea and snacks in the room. Great to have a fridge, microwave and kettle. It was a nice quiet residential area

Perfect tea and coffee station with a fridge and microwave too, cutlery is also provided with plates. Lovely location and very easy to use.
