"Very good for a short stay of one or two nights."

The location was perfect for my needs. The room was cosy and warm once the heater had been on for a while. The bed was comfortable.

The bathroom was very cold and therefore difficult for towels to dry. The water pressure in the sink was very poor. Had to wash the crockery and cutlery in the sink with liquid soap. Please provide coffee sachets without whitener for those you drink it black.

Great location: close enough to the city centre for convenience, yet far enough to avoid the noise. Perfect for my needs. At 6'3", my hair brushed the ceiling, but it didn’t bother me at all. The space was genuinely comfortable and ideal for my overnight stay. Next time I’m in Manchester for work or pleasure, I’ll definitely try to book it again. Kudos to the owners.

"Excellent"

Converted garage. Cosy, and convenient for visiting relatives nearby. Independent, simply with key box. Great TV, kettle, microwave, fridge. Not suitable for much over 6 foot people.

Parking is on road, but easy enough nearby.
