Modern Guest house with private entrance

The host was quick at communicating It had a Nice TV and WiFi Bonus of a fan, kettle and microwave and crockery although we didn’t use Nice modern furniture, but please ditch the big tired table and put a kitchen work top with fridge underneath to create more space The host was accommodating when we asked for more toilet roll and an iron

in the garden of a rented property, not what we was expecting! Children playing in the garden kicking balls about in the garden No onsite parking as stated When we approached the property we actually thought we was at the wrong place as all the curtains was closed, a window at the side of the property was smashed and in the porch there was bags of food waste on the window sill All the mats made the room feel cosy but for hygiene reasons please get rid The bed was really uncomfortable as I could feel slats underneath the mattress. The bedding was not cotton, so made us sweat and the pillows was flat with no pillow protectors There was Mould in bathroom on the ceiling above the shower and on grout on floor. Some fixtures and fittings need replacing ie rusty bin, mirror and wobbly chairs Electricity tripped in the evening The TV kept buffering No fire extinguisher but smoke alarm Shower kept going hot then cold No coffee house onsite as stated

Really lovely with everything you could need. Very clean and the host had even left water in the fridge which was a lovely touch on such a hot day! Will definitely book again next time we have to visit Manchester. Great!.
