The accommodation environment was worse than expected, differing significantly from the images on the website, which appeared bright and clean but were actually a bit dim. The room is not clean, and the chair is broken. Pillows and personal items are not clean. Some outlets are unusable. There's also collision noise at night.

My first room smelled really bad, like cigarettes, so I talked to the staff and asked if I could move to another room. He nicely said okay and moved me. At first, the new room seemed fine, but the beddings and pillows also smelled like cigarettes. This is probably the worst hotel I’ve ever experienced—it’s dirty, the door inside the room doesn’t even close properly. And on top of that, even past midnight, it was still noisy outside the room with kids running and playing around. Overall, the experience was really bad. I don’t recommend this hotel at all. It’s not worth your money.

The place was filthy, dust everywhere, the room was not even clean with rubbish on the bin and wet floors. We asked for a new room hoping that it was a mistake just to realise that it was even worse. The bed was “made” but when we open it to check we found not only hair but dry blood. Asked my partner go to down stairs and ask for fresh linen because we had a long bus ride and the only thing I wanted to do was sleep but then, we moved the pillows and found a USED CONDOM. Meaning that the room was not only dirty but that the bed was “made” with the same sheets, pillows and without moving them. Left, ask the hotel for a refund a had no response. It’s been 5 days now

The front desk staff was very kind and considerate. Since our rooms were already available, he allowed us to check in early so we can freshen up and start our day tour. He was trying his best to communicate in English and we appreciated that. He even helped us communicate to the taxi driver where we planned to go. Moreover, free ice cream! Thank you.

I hope there's a consistent housekeeper who could clean our room in case requested for one, Nevertheless, when we needed anything, he is always willing to help and provide our needs.

The room and bathroom is very spacious. The staff are all super friendly and nice especially the front desk guy! Recommend highly as it's also close to transport and food.
