There was an older lady at the desk that even though I showed her my room key didn’t believe I had a room and wouldn’t let me go back to my room, grabbing me and making me sit on the couch until her son came down to confirm I had checked in.

KRKRKRRude receptionist!! We booked a room in my name in advance, and the receptionist refused to let my boyfriend in because he was not on the guest list on booking. I had 2 guests listed and it was booked for me. Only when we asked for a refund did he let us in, damn.
