No room in window was a little bit annoying. Breakfast was ok… although not expected to be brilliant in a small hotel

We had an amazing time here! The accommodation was really beautiful. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful. The staff and the manager were very lovely and accommodating. They helped a lot with suggestions about what to do and where to go. They were very helpful with issues that came up during our travel.

I originally booked this hotel for just two nights, but I ended up extending my stay to over a week—and that alone says a lot about how much I enjoyed my time here. The location is excellent, with easy access to everything you need, and the views from the room, balconies, and the fourth-floor pool are absolutely stunning. The rooms are spacious, clean, modern, and very comfortable. The beds are incredibly cozy, with high-quality sheets that made for a great night's sleep. The rooms are also well-equipped with a flat-screen TV, fridge, fan, air conditioning, and different lighting options, including bright lighting and a softer, cozy ambiance. The bathrooms are spacious and very well maintained. Breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety of options to suit different tastes, making it a great way to start each day. What truly made this stay exceptional, however, was the staff. Every member of the team was warm, friendly, kind, polite, and professional. They genuinely care about their guests and consistently go above and beyond to ensure everyone feels welcome, comfortable, and has a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so memorable!

This hotel is in the best location and the rooms are really clean and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing! You cannot fault the staff- they are so professional, kind and thoughtful. They always want to help you and make you feel so welcome.

Rooms were a good size, very comfortable and functional. Bed was really comfortable and quality linen. The staff, especially the young man on the evening shift at reception, are absolutely brilliant. They pay great attention to detail and gave us some great tips for our stay in Sapa.
