Boutique En Hotel Sapa

Staff is very kind and friendly. Bed is very comfortable. The view was nice being in the valley. Breakfast was included and in the hotel beside it, and had a good selection. Spacious bathroom, good sized room. Clean. Was nice to have a hotel with a vanity.

Not really like the photos. Depending on what side of the building you are on, your view changes quite drastically. The fifth floor (viewpoint) is still under construction. Also very very loud- next to a school and it felt like windows were open at all times (even when they were not) leading to a lot of noise. Water from shower frequently changed temperature, would go from freezing to extremely hot. Couldn’t locate the pool. The location is not fantastic - very far out from the main town, but if you are looking for something not as touristy it could do the trick. Grabs were expensive, and even had drivers harass us for more money outside of the app to be taken back to the hotel due to the distance. We found our stay very unpleasant as each morning there were a group of people that would come and bother you until you purchased something from them- they do not take no for an answer. We wanted to explore the area around the hotel but felt like we could not because of this.

Staff was amazing and very accommodating. Views were amazing and loved the whole experience staying here.

The staff at this hotel are just amazing- full of great recommendations, pleasantly helpful & very accommodating. From the front desk staff to housekeeping they were so wonderful.

Great hotel to base yourself in to explore Ta Van and the surrounding areas. Breakfast was good, staff are great and the room was clean and spacious. The pool has great views, seems like a lot of building work going on around the pool area, but it didn’t detract from relaxing there.
