The staff were impeccable the hotel was incredible. Rooms are clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the calm and relaxing atmosphere, we loved every minute and we will definitely be back!

No me gustaron muchas cosas. La primera, nada más llegar nos ofrecieron una habitación superior, no la queríamos pero el recepcionista insistió en que era mucho mejor y menos ruidosa que la que habiamos reservado y por ahí nos convenció. Fue muy raro que al llegar la puerta estuviera abierta, por la mañana lo entendimos, la habitación tiene mucha humedad y de esa manera estaba ventilada. Habia tanta humedad que las sabanas parecían estar mojadas por la mañana. El agua de la ducha sale fria o ardiendo. Toda la noche una maquina estuvo haciendo ruido por una obra. Y finalmente, ni siquiera desayunamos porque cuando bajamos el chico del restaurante nos dijo que ya era tarde, 9.30 y supuestamente era hasta las 10. Así que de las 2 noches que habia reservado nos quedamos solo 1. Experiencia pésima.

The room service is incredible and cleaning the room on time. It have balcony and bed was comfortable. The reception team supportive and they answer your call and WhatsApp immediately with no hesitation.

I liked the relaxed vibe of the place and the excellent staff who helped me throughout my stay and were happy to answer any questions I had. The accommodation itself was clean, spacious. Staying here again when I'm back in Sapa.
