When they saw that the booking was from booking.com, they gave the smaller room even though our room type which we booked was ‘superior suite’. Hardly there was space to walk in the room. No parking space. When re returned after concert they cleaned the bathroom at the midnight.

Staffs are very nice and friendly. When I asked them to assist, they havent hesitate to do it immediately.

The rooms are not same with the photo attached on booking.com, it's very old and not clean such as blanket has some dirty spot, smelly towel.
