"Worst hotel in Mumbai. Never ever stay in this hotel."

There was nothing to like about this hotel. The room locks, service, parking everything was of worst quality. It was a nightmare to stay in this hotel. Toilet seats were coming out. Handwash was not available in washroom. In the room only two cups were there with tea bags but no kettle, no milk and no sugar. They have said they have parking available but I was asked to park on the road. I asked them to cancel my booking after first day but they denied. On top of that, the day we had to checkout, they ran out of water and water ddnt come till the time we checked out.I raised concern with booking.com but they also failed to provide any assistance. Staying in this hotel was a nightmare. I have not seen such pathetic service anywhere else.
